Discover the secrets and traditions of authentic Valencian paella in a magical environment, surrounded by orange trees and rice fields.

Enjoy the aromas and flavors of paella in an experience that goes beyond the kitchen: it is a journey to the heart of Valencia and its traditions.

What will we do?


We will meet at the meeting point at 10:00 and from there, we will travel together in our vans to my house, just 30 minutes from Valencia. During the journey we will cross rice fields and orange groves and pass through the Albufera Natural Park, the place where paella is born.

Upon arrival, we will welcome you with a fresh drink and a quiet walk around the farm. We want you to feel at home from the first moment, and enjoy a day of paella as we Valencians do.

Apron on, spoon in hand and fire lit. Accompanied by our Valencian chef, you will cook your own paella step by step, discovering the secrets, traditions and stories that are only transmitted around the fire.

While the broth boils, we take a break to enjoy an appetizer with Valencian tapas. Then we continue with the paella until the big moment: sitting at the table, sharing rice, Valencian wines, homemade sangría and a traditional dessert with mistela.

Julieta is the one who gives voice to our story and opens it to the world. Translator and bridge between cultures, she ensures that what we live and feel here reaches each person who visits us with the same emotion, wherever they come from.

Arturo is the soul of the kitchen. He takes care of every detail, every ingredient and every gesture, because he knows that a good paella starts long before lighting the fire. His passion is that everything is ready so that the day flows, is enjoyed and remembered.

And Rafa is our "paella professor", Valencian, deep lover of traditions. He learned to cook paella from a very young age, from his grandfather, around the fire, listening to stories and respecting the times. Today he transmits that knowledge with pride, patience and much affection, faithful to authentic Valencian paella.
